Our kitchen will treat you to local dishes, such as cheese dumplings, goulash, apple strudel and Italian dishes such as spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne or Ossobuco.
Depending on the season we refine our dishes with produce from our vegetable and herb garden. The meat comes either direct from our own animals or is bought from local farmers and butchers. You can also enjoy fruit jams made from fruit grown on the farm depending on what we have in stock. We will be pleased to give you the recipe for your favourite dish to take home with you and give you a few hints from the kitchen. All you have to do is ask!
